Phil Lindsey

Silly and surreal in equal measures, Phil uses sound effects, musical stings and snippets of dialogue to delight and surprise his audiences. Often beginning with figures from popular British culture, he then gently guides the audience to a much weirder place. Consider Phillip Schofield's voice being adapted for a floor piano; imagine Sharon from Eastenders berating 'Phil' before he's even got onstage; think of the classic children's TV programme 'Mr Benn', but written for adults, by Limmy. "Impeccably dumb" (edfringereview.com).  "A true pleasure" (ThreeWeeks). Writer/Performer for The Andy Field Experience (Radio 1).
