Jonathan Hipkiss

Jonathan first entered the stand-up scene with his storytelling style of characters and high-energy in the West Midlands in 2011 and since then has proven himself to be an accomplished actor, improviser and published author, as well as taking his act stateside on a tour of the US. 

Upon graduating Theatre  School in 2013, Jonathan has shared the stage with Jack Whitehall at Birmingham's Barclaycard  Arena and appeared on screen with Ant and Dec for a skit at Wimbledon Studios and worked with Toby Jones in the 2014 BBC drama 'Marvellous'.  

2015 saw Jonathan team up with a fellow theatre school graduate for a 10-night run at the Edinburgh Fringe with 'Sam and Jon's A Sketch Too Far' while 2016 saw him take on a fresh challenge and labor of love with the publication of his debut novel; a Sci-Fi/Comedy entitled 'RISE OF THE GEEKS FOLLOWING AN ALIEN INVASION!" - available worldwide on Amazon. 

In 2017, he obtained a scholarship to study in America under the legendary Second City in improvisation before then embarking on a 20-date US Stand-Up tour including; Chicago, Boston, Washington D.C, Denver, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Hollywood and New York City.
