23 year old Oxfordian Wend started her stand-up career in 2010 but has gigged solidly all over the country in that year, building not only her confidence but an impressive set. Her imagination and energy knows no bounds; her mixture of both dry pessimistic wit and unbounded joy in the simple and anarchic makes her a truly original comic, and a force to be reckoned with.
