Matt Whistler is a stand-up comedian, actor, stuntman, world record holder and writer. Matt Whistler is one Welly short of a Jimmy Cricket and is famous for his WORLD'S FIRST publicity stunts and Guinness World Record's on a self -propelled push scooter. Matt Whistler has been on 'The Bill' (ITV) and 'Never Mind The Buzzcocks' (BBC2). He recently performed his one man show at the Edinburgh Fringe to a sell out audience.During this time Matt also performed a street show jumping over matchbox sized trucks on a self - propelled push scooter dressed as Evel Knieval.
Matt Whistler is best known for his own independent sitcom comedy Radio West Pier (www.myspace.com/radiowestpier), a visual comedy show on the internet. Matt Whistler is a compere at his regular Radio West Pier comedy night in Brighton and delights his audience across the land with his quirky & surreal, prop based comedy shows.

Matt's previous publicity stunts include conceiving and executing the worlds first Naked speed dating event and a radio scoop, turning the worlds first technophobic, bi-lingual, eccentric, multi-talented parrot into a national celebrity overnight.
Matt has also incorporated the world's first fully glittered car into Radio West Pier and used it as an alternative limousine in Brighton.
STAGE
Matt performs stand up and also performs regularly in a surreal cookie duo with Dave Thompson called the Cloaks of Pong.
TV
In 2007 Matt was seen on the Bill as surveillance technician and also appeared on the BBC TV production Identity where he fooled a family the host the guest and panel consisting of a psychologist, anthropologist, criminologist into guessing his real identity .
During 2007 Matt hit the festival circuit as a kids entertainer in a world renowned comedy puppet show called the Utensils.
