Lloyd Stephens

Lloyd is a trained actor, accomplished improviser and stand up comedian.

In 2005 Lloyd was part of the 36 hour Impro marathon in 2005, a continual sit com narrative set at a book festival. 100% made up.

In 2006 Lloyd was part of Ken Campbells team in Decor Without Production, at the Royal Court Theatre. Sloane Street. An improvised comedy based on the last 5o years of Royal Court productions

On 23rd May 2006, at the upstairs space at the Wheatsheaf, Rathbone Place,Lloyd produced and performs in The worlds first recorded live unedited pod cast. Being linked to Australia, San Francisco and USA radio.

TV shows include

ITV Take the Mike, national and consisted of a workshop with Brendon Burns and Paul Tonkinson, and the second half of the show Lloyd was one of five stand up acts

ITV Stand Up Britain, was regional and Lloyd performed stand up comedy

Channel 4 show VEE TV transmitted May 2006 was a workshop and talking head as an improv comedy expert, other experts featured in the show are Alexei Sayle and Robin Ince.

BBC1 National transmission, Bring it on, Lloyd again was in a workshop lead by Logan Murray and at the gig in hackney with dick and dom, they had 7 days to be stand up comedians.


Lloyd produces and performs with Improvedy, an improvised show that ran in the west end for 18 months, Robin Ince was guest host a few times before his 2005 edinburgh show.

In 2006 Lloyd is performing in Improvised Shakespeare at the Edinburgh festival with 'The Sticking Place' productions in association with Ken Campbell
