John Gray

Since beginning his comedy career in 2010 John has become a reliable and confident act and compere in the North West scene and travelling throughout the country.

With his laid back style on stage John takes the audience on a whistle stop tour of the tales of his failed life so far and observations he has made and his bizarre findings from spending way too much time on the internet.

John was the resident MC for The Laughter Rumes in Preston during 2010 for 6 months and has now expanded that to promoting and comparing his own gigs in Preston the Northwest.
With his likeable stage presence John has the ability to make the audience feel they have known him for years and right at home. With his quick wit and cheeky charm and smile he is the perfect man to get the audience into the swing of a comedy night.

In 2011 John found himself getting MC spots and open middle spots offered to him around the country and was a big year of progression. John also presented a regular show at The Frog and Bucket called “Kick the Bucket” for the year which was a football themed show once a month. Showing his quick wit and banter John combined his humour and his freaky knowledge of football to entertain the football masses.

Moving on to 2012 and 2013 John is now used as a regular MC by Project Korova in Preston and has done MC work for Spiky Mike/Funhouse Comedy, Who Dares Grins as well as doing middle spots and other MC work across the country.
