John Coolie

John Coolie’s comedy career started in 1999 after running a pub with his wife Sue, and providing in-house entertainment. After leaving at the end of ’99 they were asked to do a regular spot in a social club run by a friend but after six months of this they decided to take their comedy show on the road around the north-west UK and found they were an instant hit with club goers who loved the zany comedy, jokes, stories and songs they were performing. In 2000 they were asked to do two short tours of British army camps based in Germany, again with great success. Back home in the UK. With more fuel added to their ever expanding stage experience they have become one of the most sought after and in demand comedy shows in the northwest of England and on the north Wales holiday coast

The No IdeA comedy show is still in great demand today and John Coolie has also embarked on a mission as a stand-up comic entertainer with again great success and is already in demand. Thus. creating two separate entities. One a bold/blue zany stand-up comic. The other. A Clubland comedy cabaret duo, second to none, with its own personal style and character

The routine is a blend of madcap stand-up with comedy songs, comedy poetry and general silliness with a magic touch.
