Dave O' Gorman

Dave O' Gorman started comedy in late 2008. After previously working in one of Dublin's finest comedy club’s he caught the performing bug. When one comedian never showed in a small club in the heart of Dublin City, there was a vacant space and was asked if he would like to do 5minutes. After managing to win over a boisterous crowd and still get more laughs he has never stopped since.

At the young age of 22, he has already started of brightly. Writing for a magazine which is issued out across the city, and as a co-presenter on Laughter Tracks with Colin Chadwick he is ticking all the right boxes to becoming a true star.

Previous Gigs
With previous gigs under his belt such as Ireland's renowned The International, The Battle Of The Axe, Capital Comedy Club, The Woolshed,Comedy Dublin, Omagh,Craic House, Monaghan, Newry, and many more all over Ireland. The Le Cheile Festival, Kilkenny Fringe Festival and 2009's Edinburgh Festival he is one to keep an eye on.

Not satisfied with just been a stand up he decided to embark on creating ‘Comedy Ireland.ie’ which is Ireland’s premier website, containing blogs, comics, podcasts and runs gigs in The Twisted Pepper in Dublin City Centre. After popular demand it is now running 3 night’s a week.
