Alan Holloway
Alan came into comedy when he reached forty and, on a whim, had a go at open mic. This was a success, and overthe last three years he has gigged around the UK, developing a style that is definitely adult but not blue, telling stories of childhood, home life, cats and dogs.
He also does comedy songs if needed, sung to a backing track due to a total lack of talent with an instrument. Although these always go down well, thanks to the clever lyrics and good singing voice, he prefers to concentrate on pure stand up. That said, the songs can be inseeted into a set to give up to 30 minutes if needed. Big, confident and quick of wit, he is a unique, funny man.
