Tom Goodliffe

‘The performance is exemplary’ – Chortle.
WINNER - Beat the Frog World Series 2009.

Tom’s winning combination of engaging warmth and smart material is earning him a reputation as a talented and promising act on the UK comedy circuit. Half Welshman, half Yorkshireman, all funny, Tom stands six foot six and combines towering physical stature with a hugely likeable stage persona.
Tom’s assured presence provides the perfect platform for delivering his range of personal, confessional and observational material. He engages any audience with his flair for storytelling, recounting embarrassing family moments and combining such polarised topics as maths and rap music with confident ease.

GIGS
Tom first dipped his toe in the comedy waters back in the summer of 2006 and took a firm grasp on the laughter ladder in 2007. Since then he has racked up over 300 gigs including The Comedy Café, Amused Moose, Frog & Bucket (Manchester), XS Malarkey (Manchester), Free Beer Show (Oxford), EDComedy, Downstairs at The Kings Head, Bearcat Comedy Club, Mirth Control (various) and many more.
Tom’s natural charm and upbeat style makes him a great opening act and an adept compère. This can be seen in his role as resident host of TimeOut Recommended comedy night EVERY OTHER MONDAY. Much of his work on the professional circuit has been as an MC, with gigs including EDComedy and Mirth Control (various).
