Terry started out at the age of 14, working for Chiltern Radio as a technical operator during weekends and school holidays. At 16 he embarked on his first summer season as a DJ for Warner Holidays and then continued to gain knowledge and experience by completing another four seasons for Haven and Bourne Leisure.
By now the comedy bug had attacked his funny bones and he started solo work as a comedy impressionist for various agents. From 1995 until 2003, Terry moved in many media circles, he was a weekly columnist for a local Huntingdon newspaper, a regular presenter on local radio (cambs) and also host to several shows on the cable channel LIVE TV.
In 2000, after a short tour of Gran Canaria he joined the well-known comedy show group The Brother Lees. In 2001, Terry & the Lees appeared on BBC TVs The Generation Game with Jim Davidson. In November of that year he decided to return as a solo performer after the final original member, Tony Lee, retired. Now Terrys back with his own unique act, incorporating impressions, visual comedy and great patter, also in big demand as a look-a-like and sound-a-like for Lee Evans.
