Phil Cooper

"impossible not to be drawn into his expertly delivered dialogues as he rifts off audience interactions - Top class comedian" -MINISTRY COMEDY

"Interesting and original style, he has all the moves of a pro with his easy going and well timed delivery, a very good writer." - Matt Price

"Very impressive, had everyone in stiches, we will certainly be having him back again and again" -Eminent comedy club

I have been gigging for around four years up and down the circuit and have been lucky enough to perform at some amazing venues, even as far as Oslo.

I consider myself an alternative comedian in that my act focuses on aspects of social justice or will become a surreal observational monologue.

I have performed at the Edinburgh Fringe for two full runs, most recently with a split show named 'self sabotage' shared with fellow comedian and friend Chirs Chopping. The success of which has led to some paid gigs on the circuit and interest from a range of promoters throughout the Midlands.

I have shared bills with some amazing acts such as Matt Price, Kate Smurthwaite, Matt Rees, Noel James and most recently Pat Monahan after winning a heat of the 'comedy Gladiators' competition. Equally exciting for me was being asked By kate Smurthwaite to perform at her Edinburgh showcase 'late with Kate' earlier this year.
