Paul Osborne

Paul Osborne is a standup comic living in London. He was Laughing Horse New Act of the Year semi-finalist in 2011 and has played at many established venues including the Comedy Store and Comedy Cafe - and the Edinburgh Fringe.

While most comics claim they were funny at school to stop getting beaten up, Osborne deliberately got beaten up at school so he didn't have to be funny.

He describes his political outlook as "extreme left wing liberal bordering on nazi". His comic influences are all dead. He is happily married and lives alone.

Quotes:
"Bald, brutal and brilliant. Edgy, hilarious, suspected personality disorder." - Glenn Guest, Heart & Lung Unit.

"Paul Osborne worked the audience into rapturous laughter before the break. Not bad for a tramp in a suit." Ben Harris, Stand Up and Laugh.

"He's definitely a people person." Anthony Miller, Pear-Shaped Comedy Club.

"Never knowingly overperforms." Paul Osborne
