Paddy Bramwells

Paddy Bramwells started off in the eighties as a Street Performer and became famous for being able to talk almost any audience into happy submission without seeming to use any material whatsoever, some times without even making any sense.

Soon he was invited to compere for cabarets, festival stages (including resident host on the Outside Circus Stage at Glastonbury since 1987), theatre shows, conventions and (bizarrely) weddings.

Living in London with it's huge comedy circuit, it seemed only natural to make the move indoors and since 1998 Bramwells has been writing and developing his skills as a stand up comedian.

He was a finalist in the BBC New Acts Final 2000 and now performs and comperes all over the place including being one of the regular hosts at Lee Hurst's Backyard Comedy Club when Lee can't be there.

"Bramwells ad-libs himself into a captivating rapport with his audiences. A cause for celebration." The Times

"Bramwells is superlative." The Guardian
