Marie Connolly

Marie Connolly is a London-based Australian comic.  She began comedy in Melbourne - well, London really, many moons ago but she got a bit scared and ran away to France for years - all the while collecting material.  She returned to comedy in 2008, was a Melbourne Raw Comedy 2009 Competition state finalist, and also compered 2009 Melbourne International Comedy Festival show, Bollocks Without Borders.  
 
She continued on to perform in Laughing Horse Edinburgh Festival 2009 Show, Short Skirts, performing 15 minute daily sets.   “a whole different bag of gags to draw from, entertaining throughout" One4Review.
 
Marie is a charming and irresistible storyteller, regularly performing 10 minutes sets in and around London.
