Louise Scodie

Louise is a cute comedian with a dark and twisted sense of humour and a cheeky smile.

Her first-ever appearance on the circuit saw her reach the semi-finals of a national comedy competition. Louise is now a regular on the circuit both as a stand-up and MC. Thanks to her energetic style and skill with audiences, she has hosted comedy nights, music quizzes and talent shows.

As well as stand-up Louise is an experienced TV and radio presenter and actress, having fronted shows for CITV as well as various digital channels and corporate videos. A skilled improviser, she was also one of the leads in Hoopla’s improvised sketch shows in London and the Edinburgh Festival and is a regular performer with London troupe the Laughing Cavaliers.

Louise is also a sought-after media contributor; she has written comedy, lifestyle and travel features for national publications including Marie Claire and FHM and is a guest writer for the satirical website Hecklerspray. She is a regular guest on BBC Radio Five Live and writes a topical comedy column for the Islington Gazette.
