Jon Pearson

Jon Pearson is an up and coming standup comedian based in the West Midlands.

Hailing from a little market town in Leicestershire, Melton Mowbray, off of pork pie fame, Jon draws from his experiences growing up in this small market town for his story telling style that has audiences hanging from his every word.

Jon's 2011 Birmingham Comedy Festival Show "Pork Pie Eater, Beano Reader" was named after a comment on Jon's GCSE English report at the age of 16, something that Jon now holds a grudge about. However he does still read the Beano when he has the chance.

Sometimes not for the faint hearted Jon often says what everyone else is thinking, if there is a line that shouldn't be crossed, Jon will bound over it in a cheeky way. Jon's Nanna has never seen him perform and probably never will, if she heard some of the things he said, he'd be written out of the will!

Always one to meet confrontation with comedy Jon has no problem picking out his flaws and giving the audience the chance to laugh at his expense.
