James Everett

James Everett is a new comedian to the circuit. From a theatrical background, he began life on stage as an actor with the National Youth Theatre, in which he made his first Edinburgh Festival appearance in 1997.

It was James' flair for script writing that gained him a place on the Film and Television degree course at the University of Westminster, where he graduated as a Director. His zest for comedy won him Presidency of the Drama Society, with whom he put on much of his own work, as well as Joe Orton's comedy master piece, 'Loot', in the Westend.

James Everett's style is ironic and surreal. His off-beat and eccentric persona is definitely on the higher side of the audience brow, however, his interactive energy and lively performance based material provide him with a very versatile appeal; definitely one to look out for.
