The Fluffy Brothers

How it all began....

Peter Savizon (right) and Paul Sinclair originally met as actors /mime artists for the Black Mime Theatre Company in 1988. In 1990 they won the London International Street Entertainer of the Year Award for the hit company devised show called 'Superheroes'. Whilst at the Black Mime Theatre Peter and Paul discovered they had a 'telepathic' link for comic madness, a link which would inspire them to form the Fluffy Brothers years later. Since emerging on the comedy scene in the late 90's, the Fluffy Brothers quickly made their mark as 3rd place finalists of the Hackney Empire New Act of the Year Competition in 1997. In that same year they appeared on LWT's The Big, Big Talent Show hosted by TV veteran Jonathan Ross. (continued below)

They appeared in a seriously daft sketch called 'Eastendeth' (Shakespearean genre meets Eastenders!) having been talent spotted as finalists of the Hackney Empire New Act Competition. The Fluffy Brothers have been regularly storming comedy venues across the country since then and were a hit when they performed at the Edinburgh Festival in 1999 and 2000. The guys were talent spotted at the Edinburgh Festival in 1999 by the BBC and as a result appeared on BBC TV's The Stand Up Show. Prior to this the comedy duo were regular performers on BBC2's The A-Force. As well as numerous other TV and radio appearances, the Fluffy Brothers were commissioned to write and perform for BBC Worldwide appearing in comedy sketches for a programme called Teen English Zone (aimed at teaching English as a foreign language). This series is regularly shown all over Europe! Paul Sinclair is also co-creator and comedy writer for a website called pimple.tv producing funny video clips for emailing with producer director Tom Hickmore. Presently approximately 20,000 video clips are downloaded from pimple.tv per day! In addition pimple.tv have been contracted to provide advertising campaigns on the internet for several commercial clients. Clearly the 21st century belongs to the Fluffy Brothers! Watch this space.
