Doris La Trine

My comedy-cabaret-burlesque act tells the story of Doris La Trinie's very special relationship with the pink toilet, Len. The time has come for them to go public.

The act combines both physical and surreal comic banter with the audence creating a humerous and touching piece.

It is performed to a backdrop of 1950's music and toilet-flushing sounds - and the audience are always astounded by the opening when Doris climbs deep inside of Len.

I have performed at cabaret and comedy venues in London - including;

Duckie's at The Vauxhall Tavern;
The International Women's Day Stand-Up comedy event at Oxford House, March 2006;
The Flash Monkey at Cafe De Paris;
The Whoopee Club & Toots Sweet at Bethnal Green Working Men's Club;
Chat's Palace
Hoxton Hall
Medium Rare at Zetter's
Volupte - as a resident performer.

I will be perfoming at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this year (August 2006) at the Gilded Balloon, Vaudeville Cabaret Club and Midnight Carousel.

I am also at part-time lecturer at Central School of Speech and Drama.
