One of the world's hottest comedians in the last year David Baker has performed in London, New York, Los Angeles, Sydney and Toronto.

David has appeared in the US on 'The Jay Leno Show Laugh Squad' (NBC), 'The Bob and Tom Show' (WGN), Laughing Lunch (CBS) and Comedy Time TV; and in Canada on The Comedy Network.  He was the only British Comedian selected to perform in the 2008 New York Comedy Festival.

David has performed with Chris Rock, Louis CK, Jim Gaffigan, Tom Papa, Judah Friedlander and Colin Quinn.  David was recently profiled in 'Time Out New York' magazine in a series on comedians alongside Lewis Black and Zach Galifianaki.  In 2010, he was also interviewed in 'The Comedians' magazine and featured in the New York comedy magazine 'Stage Time'.  David's stand up has been made available to watch in the US on Comedy Central's Jokes.com.

David can be seen in the UK at The Comedy Store, Jongleurs and The Laughing Boy Comedy Club, amongst others.  David is also a regular at A-list clubs across the US, Canada and Australia, including: in Los Angeles at the Hollywood Improv, The Comedy and Magic Club and The Ice House; in New York City at the Comedy Cellar, Caroline's on Broadway, Gotham Comedy Club, Stand Up New York and the Comic Strip; in Sydney at The Comedy Store and the Laugh Garage Comedy Club; and in Toronto at Yuk Yuk's Comedy Club.

In 2010, David finished runner up/second place (and was the only British comedian to reach the final eight) in The Great Canadian Laugh Off - a contest involving over 1,200 comedians from across the world.  In 2008, David won The Broadway Comedy Club stand up contest in New York City.  He was also a semi-finalist in the 2008 New York's Funniest Stand Up contest and Caroline's on Broadway's 2008 comedy contest.
