"Delightful" - Time Out Dany Darling has been a solo stand-up on the London circuit for over a year, bringing her comfortable style of fast paced hilarity in her self-deprecating quest to find a man and escape her amazing expanding family of surgery fuelled freaks. Already an accomplished character comedian, featuring regularly on national radio for the last 4 years in the guise of 'Psychic Syivia' amongst others, Dany's sharp wit translates smoothly to her on-stage persona. Dany has been writing and performing with her new troop 'Jaunty Prawns' for the last few months. She has presented a weekly podcast, 'A Pair of Conts', for over a year with comedian and established US sitcom writer Fat Steve, chatting with comedians Jo Caulfield, Amber Tozer and Matt Parker. Dany also writes and presents a light-hearted video blog for The Skeptic magazine in her spare time. |
