is a stand up comedian and MC.
..
She reached the quarter finals of Laughing Horse New Act of the Year 2011 after just six gigs, and landed her first paid gig within 2 months on the circuit. Cara is a  Jokers! Joker of the Year 2011 finalist, and the first ever female comic to reach the finals of  You Must Be Joking.

Combining off-kilter observation with punchy quips, stinging satire and stories about the cool-destroying horrors of growing up normal, Cara’s act has been described as ‘wickedly charming’ and ‘a breath of fresh air’. Her resemblance to Justin Beiber may or may not have also been mentioned.

Performing regularly across the capital, and beyond, Cara is resident compere for Excess All Areas’ new talent cabaret night Cheese and Crackers, aboard the awarding-winning Battersea Barge. She is also MC at Comedy Bin’s latest venue, Question Mark Bar.

This summer, she will be appearing at a range of festivals, including Oxford Pride, Secret Garden Party, and the Edinburgh Fringe.
