Aaron Truss

Breaking into the industry at the age of nineteen as producer for the anti knife crime film ‘Cold Kiss’, Aaron was responsible for bringing Ray Winstone on board and financially handling the film and production. After a preview screening at BAFTA with Sir Ben Kingsley and various other members of the press and industry, he went on to write and edit various different projects for Queen’s Brian May, CMC music label and Dustlight Films. Since graduating from Thames Valley University in 2010, Aaron has become a regular face on the London comedy circuit. From Up The Creek to Laughing Horse, he was invited to perform for the Troops at the training grounds at the Reading Military Academy as well as supporting big names in his first year such as Scott Capurro, Nick Helm and David Schneider.

Aaron received a three star review for his debut show (Free Cuddles with 0017) at the 2011 Edinburgh Fringe as well as recognition from members of the alternate Fringe including Bob Slayer (Winner of the Cunning Stunt award). He's also a regular supporter of the Rob Knox foundation; Rob being a close friend of his before he was murdered in 2008. Since then he's been supporting the Knox family, trying to raise money to help raise awareness of knife/gun crime in the UK. In 2011, Aaron cemented a partnership between the foundation and 39 Sainsbury’s stores in the Southern region. Over £7,000 was raised in the weekend through local charity events.
